The Hartsville Fire Company will be holding our annual Fire Prevention Open House on Tuesday October 10th. Beginning at 6pm and going until 8pm our open house will include food and fun for the entire family. Come and enjoy tours of the fire engine, operating a fire hose, use of a fire extinguisher, navigating through a smoke house, as well as displays from Central Bucks EMS and Bucks County Emergency dispatch service.

This years fire safety message is “Every second counts, know 2 ways out!” We aim to reinforce that every house hold should practice fire safety drills and plan for 2 ways out of every room in the house. Information will be provided on ways to plan and execute these drills as well as other fire safety tips.
